Previously an advertising executive for top national advertising and PR firms, such as TBWA Chiat/Day and Ketchum Advertising, Nick has extensive marketing and advertising experience. After more than ten years of advertising work, Real Estate emerged as a chosen second career, allowing Nick to expand on his broader analytical and strategic skills. This knowledge is now applied to the specific needs of his individual Real Estate clients. Client service, professionalism and expertise are the hallmarks of Nick’s real estate philosophy and technique.
A native of Los Angeles, Nick thoroughly understands the city and its evolution as a whole as well as the development of key residential areas. Now with over 24 years in Real Estate, representing both buyers and sellers, Nick has established himself as a knowledgeable and respected member of the real estate community. Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and developed his passion for architecture and design through professional-level courses at UCLA as well as through many extensive high-end property renovations.
Coming from a background in film, journalism, and commercial production, Nicholas embodies a true passion for unraveling the intricacies of people's stories and aspirations. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Nicholas has an intimate life-long connection with the city and a deep understanding of each individual neighborhood pocket the city has to offer. Nicholas has a unique ability to understand the needs of his clients and execute their desire to find the home they are looking for and/or sell the home they are ready to let go of with the best financial outcome.
Nicholas’ professional journey is a testament to his tenacity and entrepreneurial spirit. Throughout his career, he has worked as a photojournalist, where he developed an ability to listen intently and as a cinematographer, where he honed his visual design skills and attention to detail. A lifelong interest in architecture and design ultimately led Nicholas to the world of real estate. Nicholas has developed his real estate experience by working with clients as well as through searching, buying and renovating his own high design remodel projects.
